Sweet treats for a sweet cause. Every Noms Candy purchase helps support our PCNC trainings and the wonderful volunteers who care for our students and families.
Our bags are generously sized at 4-5 oz, making them an even sweeter treat. Plus, they make the perfect lei to celebrate your graduate.

Parent Involvement Survey for Students with IEPs
The Department invites parents who have a child with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) to participate in a short survey to see how well your child’s school is partnering with you and promoting involvement in your child’s education. Click her for more information.

Wahiawa Center for Workforce Excellence (Community Outreach Questionnaire)
Your input is needed on the new Wahiawā Center for Workforce Excellence Project is a new 3 story, 43K SF building with an adjacent parking garage. The Project will replace the existing Wahiawa Public Library and DOE Storefront portable structures and house the new Library, Department of Education Complex Area Offices, and Classroom and Lab spaces for the University of Hawaii Community College. Your feedback about our public schools is important to us. This year, we respectfully request that you take a few moments to complete the School Quality Survey (SQS). The survey measures your perceptions of your child’s safety and well-being at school, as well as your satisfaction with the school and your level of involvement. Your responses are confidential and will help schools in their continuous improvement efforts.
You may complete one survey per child. The SQS can be accessed online here
Please complete the survey by March 12, 2025. Only responses submitted by this deadline will be included in the final report.

Summer Reading Challenge
Join the #808Reads summer reading challenge to read, learn, & play all summer long!
Students and families will have access to free reading and enrichment activities all summer long. Resources include a reading challenge through Beanstack, the Sora eBook collection, live virtual author visits, online book discussions, and other engaging and fun summer activities selected especially for students by a team of certified school librarians.
All students and families are invited to log their summer reading and participate in the summer reading challenge. Please complete this form to receive email announcements, updates, and information about virtual events your children can participate in this summer.
