SNACKS FOR STUDENTS OTHER THAN YOUR OWN CHILD
We understand that some parents/guardians might want to share their child’s special occasion, such as birthdays, with their child’s classmates. Please be reminded that there are some individuals at Iliahi Elementary School that have been identified with having specific allergies. (i.e. nuts, eggs, milk, etc.). To ensure the health and safety of all students, faculty, and staff, we are asking for your cooperation by providing healthy snack items that are individually wrapped that also displays the ingredients on the package or container.

Aloha Parents/Guardians,
Iliahi is hosting its annual Halloween “Spooktacular” Event on October 29th from 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. It will be done “virtually” due to the pandemic, and we want to ensure the safety of our families. The FIRST 50 FAMILIES that submit the “Virtual Spooktacular Event” form (link is provided below), attend the virtual event, AND complete the evaluation survey (to be completed on event day) will receive one pumpkin per family to carve at home.
If you are interested, please sign up through the “Virtual Spooktacular Event” form link on Iliahi School’s website by Tuesday, October 6th. Thank you and we look forward to a “Spooktacular” evening on October 29th. You won’t want to miss this event!

Aloha Parents and Guardians,
Today concludes quarter 1, and we will have Fall Break from October 5-9, 2020. Monday, October 12, 2020 is our Planning and Collaboration Day, and there is no school for students.
The first day of instruction will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Iliahi will continue its instruction the same as Quarter 1 via learning from home. Those students that were coming to campus face to face in quarter 1 will continue reporting to school on a daily basis.
For planning purposes, if the metrics continue to be below an index of less than 35, Iliahi will transition into a blended learning model beginning November 2, 2020. Students with last names beginning with A-L will report to school on “Group A days” (Mondays and Thursdays with alternating Wednesdays). Students with last names beginning with M-Z will report to school on “Group B days” (Tuesdays and Fridays with alternating Wednesdays). Students who live in the same household but have different last names will be scheduled to attend school on the same days as their siblings that attend Iliahi Elementary School.
Please visit our website for the latest updates.
Thank you and have a wonderful fall break.
